HDFC Bank Diners 10x partner rewards extended
HDFC Bank has officially extended their 10x partner rewards program until 30 June 2019. This promotion continues to deliver outstanding value with an incredible 33% reward rate for Diners Black cardholders. The offer has been renewed with an effective date of 8 April 2019 which means any spends between 1 to 7 April do not earn any reward points.
The are two main changes in their 10x partner brands
- Swiggy in place of Zomato – This is a welcome change as Swiggy has a larger delivery network than Zomato. Both have been competing fiercely and continue to offer similar level of discounts. As long as one of them stays we continue to be very happy indeed.
- Furlenco in place of redBus – We think it’s a smart move by HDFC to offer more value in terms of redemption options. The furniture rental space has seen quite a transformation and is increasingly becoming a regular expense for most millennials. Also the proportion of diners black customers traveling by a bus would probably be low and the spend amount the least amongst all partner brands.
Rewards continue to be capped at 25,000 points per statement cycle for diners black cardholders. The minimum eligible transaction size continues to be INR 150 for the partner brands. Check out this link for full details.
The Smartbuy 10x rewards program has also been extended till 30 April 19. They also had a 5x rewards program consisting of Makemytrip, Snapdeal, SpiceJet, Goibibo & Kalyan Jewellers out of which Makemytrip has been extended till 31 Dec 2019
