Earning Nights
Marriott has over 100 properties in India and this offer makes good sense even if you travel mostly within India. You are simply spoilt for choice if you tend to travel overseas. To maximise value, you could simply stay in a Category 1 property which would generally cost around INR 4,000 per night. Most Aloft, Fairfield, Four Points & Courtyard properties in the non metro cities would fall in this category.

In India you can redeem the award night for a stay at the JW Marriott Juhu, JW Marriott Kolkata, Le Meridien Goa, ITC Maratha Mumbai, Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa or the Le Meridien Delhi
You can redeem your free award night for a stay at an amazing array of properties overseas under the Marriott umbrella like Sheraton Seoul D Cube / W Bangkok / Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa / Renaissance Paris Hippodrome / Hotel Elephant Weimar / Yas Hotel Abu Dhabi
Both set of properties listed above regularly cost over INR 10,000 (~USD 150) a night which would effectively be an over 100% return on investment. At worst, you can still think of this as a pay for 2 nights and get the third night free kind of an offer
