China Southern has been aggressively pushing its business class product and we recently got a chance to experience their hospitality. These kits are provided in their long haul flights and we seriously feel that they need to work on the looks of their kits. It neither feels super premium nor packs a funky punch. Our first impression was dismal but luckily the contents more than made up for it.
